Can I take all the herbs that were suggested together?

All combinations and multi-pronged approaches using multiple herbs and concoctions are safe to use together. Our head herbalist makes sure there are no contradictions with the suggested herbs offered, however if on other prescribed meds it is crucial to let your doctor approve the suggested herbs.

What would be the best approach for holistic healing?

It is strongly suggested to take our professional consultation so that our herbalists can get a better understanding of the situation and narrow down what herbs would be used. From there I would suggest a 7 to 14 day complete detox (available at our store) before starting an herbal regimen.
